DESCRIPTION

with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid, seeking a Senior Account Executive to
accelerate pipeline velocity and close premium publisher deals for our platform.

Join an independent company where your pipeline management directly impacts our
global network of news, classified sites, and utility portals. Backed by our status as a
Prebid.org member and Google Certified Publishing Partner, you’ll have
industry-leading tech to leverage in complex deals.

YOUR DAILY TASKS

  • Close complex deals. Manage the entire sales cycle autonomously,
    negotiating with key stakeholders to consistently crush revenue targets.
  • Accelerate pipeline velocity. Execute highly targeted outbound activities to
    build and advance a pipeline of high-value prospects.
  • Consult and ensure client success. Provide expert advice to publishers on
    using the platform to improve monetization of their ad inventory.
  • Collaborate with our Ad Operations team. Support publishers during tests,
    onboarding, and activation to boost the value of Setupad services.
  • Leverage technology. Use Hubspot, Hunter, Lemlist, Gemini, and other tools to
    streamline the sales process, track activities, and ensure efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally. Actively share insights from customers and
    prospects with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience. 3+ years of proven success managing
    the entire sales cycle and closing complex deals, backed by verifiable
    performance achievements.
  • English proficiency. Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Sales Tech Stack skills. Demonstrable skills in streamlining prospecting and
    outreach workflows using AI tools, sales automation, and CRM platforms.
  • Ad Tech background. Bonus points for experience in online advertising and
    the media business.
