Setupad is a scale-up with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid. Hundreds of websites worldwide use our services. Our AdTech helps blogs, news publishers, utility tools, and many other interesting businesses that attract large international audiences.
Our team consists of dynamic and motivated people excited to do their job and share knowledge with you. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with 20 colleagues in Riga, Vilnius and Madrid.
We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive with experience in digital advertising and B2B sales who would be driven to help publishers, bloggers, and businesses worldwide with website traffic monetization. We are excited to welcome a new team member to the sales team who, by nature, is ambitious, collaborative, and loves building long-lasting relationships. You will work closely with inbound and outbound leads, exceed the monthly quota, and expand the client base of Setupad.
This is a hybrid role – we expect you to be based in Madrid and work 2 days per week from the office (co-working space).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full Sales Cycle: Drive prospects through the entire sales process, from cold outreach and product demos to trials and deal closing.
- Build and Manage Pipeline: Proactively expand your pipeline through strategic prospecting while efficiently nurturing inbound leads, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality sales opportunities.
- Consultation and Client Success: Provide expert advice to publishers on maximizing their ad inventory monetization using the Setupad platform.
- Collaborate with AdOperations: Work closely with the AdOperations team to support publishers during onboarding, activation, and ongoing education to enhance their revenue potential.
- Leverage Technology: Use CRM and other tools to streamline the sales process, track activities, and ensure efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively share insights from customers and prospects with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years B2B Sales Experience: Proven results in full-cycle B2B sales
- 1+ year Online Advertising Experience: You’re familiar with the ad tech landscape; terms like Prebid, SSP, and eCPM make sense to you
- English Proficiency: both written and spoken.
- Based in Madrid
NICE TO HAVE
- Google Ad Manager Experience: Basics or more advanced experience can be an advantage, especially if you know how to create reports
- AdTech SaaS Experience: Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions in the AdTech industry is a strong advantage
