Our AdTech helps blogs, news publishers, utility tools, and many other interesting businesses that attract large international audiences. Our team consists of dynamic and motivated people excited to do their job and share knowledge with you. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with 50 colleagues in Riga and Vilnius.
Therefore, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative with SaaS sales experience who would be driven to help publishers, bloggers, and businesses worldwide with website traffic monetization. Our clients include Entrepreneur, Deutsche Welle, Kyiv Post, TV3.lt, and many others. We’re excited to welcome a new team member who is naturally ambitious, collaborative, and passionate about building long-lasting relationships. In this role, you’ll focus on the top of the sales funnel—prospecting, generating, and nurturing outbound leads until they are ready for direct engagement with the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, Research, and Manage Prospect Lists: Identify and maintain lists of companies and leads that match our ideal customer profile, utilizing various channels such as social media, industry databases, and cold outreach.
- Engage prospects by conducting outbound calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Tailor communication strategies to resonate with different buyer personas and industries, effectively conveying Setupad’s benefits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, ensuring timely and effective follow-up with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, aligning on prospect needs.
- Participate in sales team meetings to discuss feedback, lead quality, and strategies for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- SaaS Sales Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS sales process.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, coupled with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Client Relations: Proven ability to initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- English Proficiency: both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Online Advertising Experience: Knowledge of the online advertising and media business landscape.
- AdTech/MarTech Knowledge: Past experience with AdTech or MarTech tools.

Compensation:
- Monthly salary 1300 EUR/NET + performance based bonus (OTE: 1700 EUR/NET)
