Ready to build the future of ad tech? Setupad, a bootstrapped and profitable startup with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid, is seeking a Junior Technical Support Developer to help implement, maintain, and improve our self-serve advertising platform.

This role is perfect for an independent, detail-oriented developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and turning ideas into measurable results quickly, without micro-management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support publishers in implementing and troubleshooting Setupad solutions on their websites.
  • Maintain and optimize Setupad’s public website, internal systems, and tools.
  • Collaborate actively with the IT team when building new solutions for publishers.
  • Run feature tests and provide actionable insights for roadmap discussions.
  • Coordinate with other developers and outsourced specialists to support ongoing projects.

REQUIRMENTS

  • 1+ years of professional experience in software development; experience in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B is a plus.
  • Strong English writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
  • Independent, proactive, and data-driven; able to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with remote or outsourced teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Core: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, WordPress, browser DevTools.
  • Advantageous: React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, Redis, Git, Docker, Prebid.js, Material UI, GoLang, Express.js, or experience with programmatic ad serving and web analytics tools.
