Head of Sales


Setupad is a scale-up with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid. Hundreds of websites worldwide use our services. Our AdTech helps blogs, news publishers, utility tools, and many other interesting businesses that attract large international audiences.

Our team consists of dynamic and motivated people excited to do their job and share knowledge with you. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with 50 colleagues in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid.

Therefore, we’re looking for a motivated Head of Sales with SaaS sales experience who would be driven to help publishers, bloggers, and businesses worldwide with website traffic monetization. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will thrive on ambition, collaboration, and the art of cultivating enduring partnerships. You will work closely with the CEO, inbound and outbound leads, exceed the monthly quota, and expand the client base of Setupad.


  • Team Leadership: Lead by personal example a team of 10 Account Executives, reach targets, build diverse client portfolios.
  • Market Strategies: Take an active role in go-to-market activities, specializing in SaaS lead generation to expand our reach and impact.
  • Consultation for Publishers: Consult publishers on leveraging the Setupad platform and enhancing their ad inventory monetization.
  • Publisher Support: Guide publishers through the onboarding and activation process and offer tailored education to maximize their ad revenue potential.
  • Build and Maintain High-Level Partnerships: Develop and nurture senior-level contacts within partner companies and foster long-term professional relationships.
  • Leverage Technology for Efficiency: Utilize tools to streamline and monitor the sales process.
  • Meet Company’s Goals: Improve traction to exceed the company’s total profit targets, promote company’s new solutions, and deliver its capitalization.


  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 consecutive years in the senior sales leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams (10+ employees).
  • Strategic Vision and Execution: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plans.
  • Passion for Online Advertising: Interest in the online advertising sector and willingness to learn more about adtech.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in SaaS sales, backed by verifiable performance achievements.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, coupled with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Track Record in Client Relations: A proven history of initiating new relationships and providing exemplary client support.
  • English Proficiency: both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Online Advertising Experience: Knowledge of the online advertising and media business landscape.
  • AdTech/MarTech Knowledge: Past experience with AdTech or MarTech tools.

Monthly salary, depending on experience, 4000 – 5000 EUR/NET + 25% to 100% (from base salary) performance bonus based on target results.
