Country Manager Spain and LATAM

DESCRIPTION

Setupad is the knight in shining armor in the digital advertising world. It helps publishers earn more from their ad inventory, thus allowing them to get back to their true calling – quality content creation. Setupad has offices in Riga and Vilnius from where it serves European and global publishers. Establishing another office in Spain is a company goal.

Thus, a Sales team is already large and set, but we want to expand it even more and hire a Sales Manager in Spain, preferably in Madrid, to keep existing relationships with the clients and build new contacts offering them to use Setupad products for Spain, Barcelona and LATAM markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Lead generation, local sales activities, and strategy for Spain/LATAM market; 

– Consulting existing and new publishers to drive up their revenues; 

– Onboarding clients to Setupad monetization platform and custom solutions; 

– Developing senior-level relationships at partner companies. 

REQUIREMENTS

– Speak Spanish as native, and be proficient in English; 

– Have experience in B2B sales for at least 2 years; 

– Have a proven record in reaching monthly goals and onboarding new leads; 

– Be startup minded, self-disciplined, and motivated to develop local operations
