Setupad is a scale-up with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid. Hundreds of websites worldwide use our services. Our AdTech helps blogs, news publishers, utility tools, and many other interesting businesses that attract large international audiences.
Our team consists of dynamic and motivated people excited to do their job and share knowledge with you. You will have the possibility to work in an international environment with 50 colleagues in Riga and Vilnius.
Therefore, we’re looking for a motivated Account Executive with SaaS sales experience who would be driven to help publishers, bloggers, and businesses worldwide with website traffic monetization. Our clients include Entrepreneur, Deutsche Welle, Kyiv Post, TV3.lt, and many others. We are excited to welcome a new team member to the sales team who, by nature, is ambitious, collaborative, and loves building long-lasting relationships. You will work closely with inbound and outbound leads, exceed the monthly quota, and expand the client base of Setupad.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering monthly new sales targets by managing a pipeline of opportunities generated by your own prospecting, Sales Development (SDR) colleagues and inbound;
- Nurturing prospective clients through the full sales process, from product demonstration to trial and close;
- Consultation for Publishers: Consult publishers on leveraging the Setupad platform and enhancing their ad inventory monetization;
- Consultation and Client Success: Provide expert advice to publishers on maximizing their ad inventory monetization using the Setupad platform;
- Building and nurturing client relationships throughout the sales and post-sales cycles
- Build and Maintain High-Level Partnerships: Develop and nurture senior-level contacts within partner companies and foster long-term professional relationships;
- Leverage Technology for Efficiency: Utilize tools to streamline and monitor the sales process;
- Meet Goals: Exceed monthly profit and activity targets, including generating quality leads and engaging in emails and calls.
REQUIREMENTS
- SaaS Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, backed by verifiable performance achievements.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and organizational abilities, coupled with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Track Record in Client Relations: A proven history of initiating new relationships and providing exemplary client support.
- English Proficiency: both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Online Advertising Experience: Knowledge of the online advertising and media business landscape.
- AdTech/MarTech Knowledge: Past experience with AdTech or MarTech tools.
- Sales Methodologies: Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar frameworks.

Base salary (gross): €1,800 – €3,000 per month, plus commission on new sales closed, with unlimited earning potential – there’s no cap on commissions.
