Icy Labs built the Mega Calculator app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Icy Labs at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform its visitors about our policies, used for the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, if anyone decides to use our mobile application.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used to provide and improve service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information: location and device ID. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by us in any way.

Mega Calculator downloaded to your mobile phone or tablet may rely on location-based services, such as your Global Positioning System “GPS” to better target ads. Before or after installing the apps – depending on your device – you will be asked whether you prefer to share your either precise or approximate location (or opt out of location sharing). We may only collect data regarding your location if you turn on such location services.
We do not collect any other personal information about you, that may be used to identify you as a natural person.
Our app and website do not share personal information with third parties. When you write us an e-mail we’ll have your address and we will use it only to reply and support your usage of our app.
3. Advertising ID tracking technology and third-party Services
We also collect information about your access to our app using the Google Advertising ID (“GAID”), which is technology similar to cookies.
This technology comprises pieces of software that include a unique reference code that stores and sometimes tracks information about you. These can last only for the duration of your use of the App.
We use these technologies to:

Mega Calculator may contain third-party advertisements and links to other websites and apps that are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please note that, if you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these websites may collect (personal) information from you. This information will be used by them and will be subject to their privacy policy, which may differ from ours.

Neither us, nor our affiliates nor any of their officers, employees, agents, third-party content providers, or licensors warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free; nor do they make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the services, or the information contained in therein, or as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information, service or merchandise provided through the services. In no event will covered parties or any other person or entity involved in creating, producing, or distributing the services, be liable for any damages, claims, or injury, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or personal or bodily injury, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the services, or arising from or in connection with your creating content, by videotaping, photography or otherwise, for submission to the services, and you hereby assume all risk for any damages, claims or injuries.
The services are provided on an “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of title or implied of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are implied by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under applicable law.
