Ready to build the future of ad tech? Setupad, a bootstrapped and profitable startup with offices in Riga, Vilnius, and Madrid, is seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness and user acquisition for our self-serve advertising platform.

We are members of Prebid.org and Google Certified Publishing Partner, which are the two main technologies that the Setupad platform handles.
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven marketer to own Setupad’s content engine and growth strategy — producing impactful content, optimizing campaigns, and converting traffic into product signups. This role is ideal for an independent, growth-minded professional who turns ideas into measurable results quickly and without micro-management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute content and growth strategies to generate leads, boost brand authority, and position Setupad as a thought leader in ad tech.
- Produce search and generative engine (AI) optimized, conversion-focused content (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, website copy).
- Manage content distribution and promotion across relevant channels, including email, social media, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the in-house developer and coordinate outsourced specialists for design, content, and creative execution.
- Optimize website pages, run A/B tests, and apply CRO principles to increase signups and conversions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in content marketing, growth marketing, or editorial roles, preferably in ad tech, SaaS, or B2B.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
- Strong SEO and growth marketing expertise, including keyword research, content optimization, and traffic-to-lead strategies.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress), marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Independent, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects and outsourced resources.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, international startup environment.
